Antispam for MSPs, managed client by client

Add SpamFoo to each client's mail server, start with a free trial and show the client what it stopped before you send a quote.

Try SpamFoo at a client before you quote it

Start a trial license for the client, set up SpamFoo and let it run against their real mail. Then sit down with the client's Mail Health page and walk through what was stopped and why.

If they say yes, move the license to a paid plan from your partner account. If they say no, stop it.

A rollout checklist for each new client

Many MSPs turn this into a ticket template. Each step has a matching guide in the help center.

  1. Check the server. A standard x64 server running a supported version of Windows or Linux, or Docker. No GPU is required.
  2. Start a trial license from your partner account.
  3. Install SpamFoo Client and activate it with the license key.
  4. Connect the mail server. SmarterMail has SpamFoo built in. Other mail servers connect through the SpamFoo API.
  5. Add protected identities for the owner, finance and IT contacts.
  6. Hand over the dashboard by sending the client's admin a one-time sign-in link.
  7. Review and convert. Go over Mail Health with the client, then move the license to a paid plan.

Every client license in one account

Your partner account lists each license, its plan and the server it runs on. A license that stopped checking in shows as Disconnected, so you notice a server problem before the client does.
