Read the important mail now and the rest later

SpamFoo's Email Classification sorts the mail people keep into Primary, Transactions, Updates and Promotions. Messages from people stay in front, and receipts, notices and offers wait until there's time for them.

Mail is sorted the moment it arrives

Your mail server can use each Email Classification to file a message in a folder, show it in a tab or tag it. People open the group they need instead of scrolling past everything else.

  • PrimaryMail from people. Read it now.
  • TransactionsReceipts and invoices. Open it when you need one.
  • UpdatesNotices and alerts. Check it once a day.
  • PromotionsSales and newsletters. Browse it when you have time.

Why filtering by sender isn't enough

Most mail rules sort by who sent the message. That works for mail from a person, but companies send very different kinds of mail from one address. A sign-in code, a receipt, a notice about a product change and a sale can all come from the same no-reply address, and a sender rule files them all in the same place.

Sender rules also take upkeep. Each new store, bank or service needs its own rule, and a rule stops working when a company starts sending from a new address.

SpamFoo reads each message instead of going by the address alone, so each one lands in the right Email Classification even when the sender is the same.

Most business mail isn't from a person

A small business gets order receipts, bank notices, software alerts and sales mail all day. When it all lands in one list, the email from a client sits between two coupons.

With Email Classification, people can open Transactions when they need a receipt for their accountant, check Updates once a day and leave Promotions for later. The messages that need a reply are the ones they see first.

When someone moves a message, SpamFoo remembers

Say someone would rather see a store's newsletter in Updates than in Promotions. They move it there once, and the store's next newsletter goes to Updates for them. The store's receipts still go to Transactions.

Email Classification comes with every SpamFoo license

It runs alongside antispam and Anti-Phishing, with the same dashboard.
