A dashboard for admins and users
System admins see the whole server, domain admins see their domain, and each user sees their own mailbox. It works the same for antispam, Anti-Phishing and Email Classification.

What each person sees
System admins
Mail Health shows how much mail was scanned, how much was caught, the mail trend and the top spam sources. System admins also see every domain, search messages and senders, set server rules and Anti-Phishing settings, and check on the system.
Domain admins
Domain admins see an overview of their domain and its mailboxes, set rules for the whole domain and manage Anti-Phishing for it. They also get their own mailbox view.
Users
Each user sees their own mail, recent messages and how their mail was classified. On My Rules they add their own Spam Rules and review what SpamFoo learned from their corrections.
See why a message was sorted the way it was
Open a message to see the signals SpamFoo found and the steps it took to reach its verdict. If a message was decided by a rule or by a past correction, the dashboard says so.
If SpamFoo got it wrong, report the message as a misclassification or create a rule for the sender from the same place.
Users help themselves
Users don't have to wait for an admin to stop a sender or rescue a newsletter. They add their own rules and review what SpamFoo learned from them. Admin rules for the domain and the server still apply, and only admins can change them.
